Fresh Fruit Salad with Honey Roasted Oats

Here’s a perfect dish you can make for brunch or dessert. We typically like to enjoy this dish on a lazy weekend as brunch while we sit in the living room and enjoy a nice hot cup of tea.

Fresh Fruit Salad with honey roasted oats

Serves 4

Ingredients
Your choice of fresh fruits, this is what we usually use
1 banana
2 kiwis
1 orange
1 apple

30g (1/3 cup) Oats
15g (1 tablespoon) Butter
15g (1 tablespoon) Honey

Directions
Melt butter, add oats and stir. Next add honey and cook until the oats are golden brown. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes. Let cool.

Cut fruits into bite size pieces and put them in 4 serving bowls or glasses. Sprinkle honey roasted oats on top.
