Some of the easiest dishes are often those that tastes the best too.
This for sure comes true when thinking about this delicious tomato and mozzarella salad topped with thin slices of Prosciutto, a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and a dash of salt and pepper.

Basically you cut slices of medium sized tomatoes and similar slices of a good quality mozzarella and plate them in a circle alternating each slice.
Then you bring out your Prosciutto which has been thinly cut at your local butcher, and roll them into nice little rolls or roses. Place them in the middle of the tomato and mozzarella circle.
Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the circle and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Ready to serve and it looks amazing.
